Join Garston Vets’ Reception & Client Care team
Our Reception & Client Care teams are a vital first point of contact for all of our clients. Working in our receptions is a busy and challenging role, which is key to the smooth running of the practice. If you would like to build relationships with our clients and help them care for their pets, this could be a job for you.
The role of a Veterinary Receptionist
A veterinary receptionist role differs from the usual reception role in that you are also responsible for the dispensing of pharmaceuticals. We, therefore, require that our receptionists have obtained a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) including maths and English. If you meet these criteria and have previous reception/customer care experience, then we welcome speculative applications.
You can read about how the Garston Vets Receptionists each came to be a part of our Garston family, and what some of them think about their role. Meet our team.
